Recap: Here’s what went down at Machina Bristronica 2024
Discover our standout moments from Machina Bristronica 2024, a two-day event packed with synthesiser stalls, panel talks, live hardware performances, and more.
Our most recent visit to Machina Bristronica left us feeling inspired and engaged with all topics related to synthesisers.
With a strong connection to 90s dance music and synthesis, we felt it was only fitting to sponsor this years event and showcase our new Launchkey MIDI controllers, our popular Mega Bass Station, alongside products from Sequential, Oberheim, Focusrite, and ADAM Audio.
The two-day event served as the perfect hub for synth lovers to unite, providing them with the chance to play on both old and new devices while also giving them the opportunity to speak with a plethora of manufacturers and ask questions to product specialists.
Discussion workshops featured prominent figures, including Mary Anne Hobbs (BBC Radio 6), Adrian Utley (Portishead), and self-proclaimed synthesiser televangelist Mylar Melodies, who explored topics such as AV, spatial audio, and community radio. Live performances from artists like Surgeon, Legowelt, and Hodge, alongside influencers such as Hainbach and Look Mum No Computer, attracted patrons from all walks of life.
We’d like to thank all that attended, it was great to see so many people interested in what Machina Bristronica had to offer. Here are a few snapshots that capture the essence of the event.
