Find Your Sound - Journeys: Techno
For our second journey we headed out to explore the industrial soundscapes between Rotterdam and Berlin, the spiritual homes of techno and hard electronica styles. We wanted to create an authentic dark techno track, and the diverse concrete and metal environments of the two cities felt like ideal spaces to capture the sounds we needed to make our vision a reality.
“It’s been a very interesting process exploring the soundscapes of two very modern cities. There’s been some happy accidents along the way, and it just goes to show there is some musicality to be found from all this urban noise.”

The download is approximately 800MB and you will need to make sure you are using Ableton Live Lite 10.1.3 or better. If you don’t have the latest version of Live, you can still download the file and access the .wav’s.
