If a sustain or expression pedal is not working correctly when connected to your ReMOTE, check the settings for the pedal in the template that you are using. Press the 'edit' button and then operate the sustain or expression pedal to access its settings. Use the 'prog/page' buttons to scroll through the settings and make sure they are set as follows:

Sustain pedal:

Control Type - CC
Control Number - 64
Low Value - 127
High Value - 0
Button type - Momentary

Note that these settings are for a normally closed pedal. If you have a normally open pedal set the Low Value to 0 and High Value to 127.


Expression pedal:

Control Type - CC
Control Number - 11
Low Value - 0
High Value - 127


Once you have set the above press 'write' four times to save the settings and then 'play' to return to play mode. These settings are saved with the template and not globally. This means you must repeat this for each template on the ReMOTE that you use.
